Free hail maps at Storm Precition Center
The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) aggregates hail information on a daily basis and provides a free hail map on their website. You can see at a glance which regions of the country were affected by hail storms. To log on, visit www .spc.noaa.gov/climo /reports. You can review Hail Reports, Wind, and Tornado Reports. The site navigation allows you to review past days hail maps as well.
While the information on the SPCs website is free, it may not be as detailed as you would like to see when money is on the line. You want to target your hail damage searches to the most specific neighborhoods possible. That’s why we created LiveHailReports.com.
